What to write in
An account, or a bigger allowance
Tell us roughly how many new questions a month you expect to commission. The three published plans cover most use; beyond them the allowance is negotiated rather than listed. See pricing.
A rating you think is wrong
This is the most useful message you can send us. Every rating is derived rather than stored, and every domain judgment carries its reason, so a disagreement can be traced to a specific judgment on a specific study. Name the topic and the outcome and we will look at the judgment behind it.
Billing, cancellation or a refund
Read refunds and cancellation first — it probably answers the question. If it does not, write in and we will sort it out directly. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank.
A question that will not run
Include the question as you asked it. graded_research takes about three
minutes and can legitimately answer that a topic is too thin to score or not covered at
all — those are real answers rather than failures, and knowing which you saw tells us
where to look.
